Improved 5-axis machining
Better management of wheel incidence and tilt along the cutting edge on continuous-relief end mills: the wheel moves much less in the machine, for more stable machining.

Face sharpening — Fellow cutter
Major improvement to face sharpening on helical Fellow cutters, with a new dedicated operation and a completely redesigned probing cycle.

Rougher
The wheel automatically positions itself on the tool (B-axis tilt and matching of the flute lead already ground on the cutter). Wheel measurement has been simplified.

2D flute simulation
The software provides instant 2D simulation for the flute. Flute parameters (such as offset) can be adjusted and the result seen immediately.

Hob quality control
Probing and automatic calculation of the precision class directly in the machine, without removing the part, with a control report generated automatically.

Broach tooling development
New comprehensive range for broach machining: chamfers, relief correction, 2D positioning view, tilt probing and much more.

Machine drift measurement
Periodic check using a reference cube, with deviation logging to monitor machine accuracy over time.
